Today’s Daily Prompt asks what our brightest idea ever was, and how we came about it.
Well, the first on that comes to mind has to do with seasoning food not made from scratch. If it can’t really be stirred (i.e. lasagna) then seasoning the top doesn’t really do enough. My seasoning of choice is crushed red pepper.
In order to more fully invade my food with spicy goodness, I season the plate before putting the food on it, and then season the top. Then no matter where you take a bite, chances are you will get some of that extra bonus flavor.
